How will I receive the content?
You will be receive access to training modules in a portal, and then you can work through the modules at your own pace during your access period. There is a mix of video content plus a Client Experience Playbook to reference for the scripts/emails/texts we provide as part of the package.
How long do I have access to the materials?
You will have access to the training portal through August 10th, but will be able to download your needed documents for use in the future!
How much time will this take each week?
It will take between 1-3 hours to work through the recorded modules and complete your homework weekly. If you decide to “practice” the strategies with clients it may take more time, but you'll start to see the payoff even faster as you practice. Don't worry, if we don't see you we will be checking in!
How do I communicate with Ashley and Melissa?
You will have group coaching access within our free Slack group for three weeks, to ask us questions and get help as you work through your modules. You will have access to us so you can have real time support as you implement and take action.
When are the live calls?
We will have a live group cohort call via Google Meet. We will share the schedule with you as it is finalized, and will always provide a replay of the call for you to have to reference and review.
When do I get access to the Portal and the Playbook?
The Client Experience Academy Portal and the Playbook with the email and text cadence and content will be shared with you right after enrollment so you can take action in implementing those communication pieces ASAP!

Let me be real with you for a second.
When I (Ashley) first became a health coach, I was wearing some serious rose-colored glasses. This coach gig was going to be great … stroll the aisles of Target, watch the sales roll in, set some macro, check some groups, and make this my full time job. Anyone else?
The truth? Changing lives and hitting six figures doesn’t happen by accident.
It takes intention.
It hit me hard when I realized that “coaching” wasn’t just about helping clients - it was also marketing, sales, spreadsheets, planning, and yes, learning how to make reels and what the heck a hook is (like … seriously??).
As I grew in my business, I discovered there was a way I could focus on my passion for coaching. I became a Client Specialist for some of the best female health coaches in the game, and wow that closed so many knowledge gaps.
I went further and dug deeper. I invested in courses on macros and retention, read books, practically wore my headphones out with podcasts, tested out strategies, and quickly went from being a Client Specialist to a Client Retention Strategist.
Along the way, my ride-or-die coach bestie, Melissa, and I teamed up. She brought along her passion for helping clients embrace behavior change and mindset shift — hard-earned wisdom from her own 100-pound weight loss journey.
